Juniors: Journaling Exercise

Journaling Exercise

What you will need:

1. A notebook
2. A pen/pencil
3. 25 minutes per day (at least)
4. A Bible
5. A heart ready to be moved

How it will look:

1. Pick a New Testament epistle (Any book between Acts and Revelation)
2. Divide it up over the next 5 weeks (BE SURE TO READ YOUR EPISTLE AT LEAST TWICE)
3. Journal your way through the epistle (use the observe, interpret, apply, other method)

How you will be graded:

1. Periodic checks to make sure you are doing at least FOUR journals per week. (Done EVERY FRIDAY starting OCTOBER 9
2. A response essay at the end discussing this spiritual discipline. (Handed out on November 5, due November 12)
